Massage has been used for thousands of years as a simple
and effective method of attaining and maintaining good health.
Therapeutic massage can be used to promote general well-being
and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and
immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle
tone, digestion and skin tone. Deep tissue Sports massage
has all the above benefits to a greater degree with the additional
benefits of injury prevention by normalising and improving
muscle tone via the manipulation and assessment of soft tissue.

On-Site Seated Acupressure
Massage is also available for office or group bookings.
This massage is performed fully clothed on a specially
designed chair. The massage is based on the Japanese
system of Shiatsu, using pressure-based techniques to
access the soft tissue and the meridians contained within.
The massage lasts for 20 minutes and is the ideal break
during an hectic day at the office.
